  • Card content creation (chat, calendar, gallery, links, composite)
  • Analytics and engagement tracking
  • User authentication and account management
  • Deep linking and cross-platform functionality

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

5. Card Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share through BlankCard. By sharing a card, you grant BlankCard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display and distribute your card content to recipients
  • Process and store your content for service delivery
  • Use your content for analytics and improvement of our services

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure you have all necessary rights.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Our refund policy (no refunds for partial periods)

8. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect while you use our services. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any stored content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BlankCard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlankCard and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to BlankCard's services (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of BlankCard and its licensors. Our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

13. Third-Party Services

Our services may include third-party integrations (Thailate for chat, theemail.host for calendar). We are not responsible for third-party services' practices or content.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through our services or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
